1. You must be a member in good standing to trap on the club grounds.
2. Any member wanting to trap on the A.S.C. property must meet with the Board of Directors prior to setting traps. The Board will inform the member of the number of traps they are allowed to set and the duration of time they are allowed to trap on the property.
3. All information about who and where the traps are being set is not, and will not be divulged by the Board of Directors. Only notification to the body, either by meetings and/or website, that traps are being used on the club property.
4. The A.S.C. is not responsible for any damage, vandalismm, theft, etc., to members traps.
5. Any member caught vandalizing, removing, or in any other way affecting another members traps, shall be expelled from the club after a satisfactory investigation by the Board of Directors.
6. All ODNR rules and regulations apply in addition to what is stated herein.
7. It is members resposibility to find out if traps are being in use, prior to using club grounds.
8. All members must have their current badge and/or card with them when settting/checking traps on the club property.
9. All members must sign in and sign out when setting/checking traps.
10. Any person wanting to trap on club grounds must join before September 1st of that year.
