1. All members must sign in and sign out at the club house when using pond facility.
2. Pond is strictly a member only priviledge. (No guests or any non-member may fish, hunt, trap, etc.)
3. The pond is a sunrise to sunset facility. (No night fishing, hunting, or trapping.)
4. Members can park in the designated parking area at the pond.
5. No motorized boats, (gas or electric) to be used in the pond. Shore fishing only! Canoes, kayaks, row boats and jon boats are permitted for placing decoys.
6. Fishing is catch and release until the Board of Directors deems necessary to cull fish from the pond. When culling is permitted the A.S.C. will follow O.D.N.R. guidelines as to which breed and size of fish to be culled. Blue gill over 5in., Perch over 7in., Crappie over 8in., and Bass/Catfish over 15in. will be culled. Any fish caught below the state minimum should be released back into the pond.
7. A state fishing license is NOT required to fish in our pond.
8. Only 2 poles are allowed to be used, while fishing.
9. No ice fishing, ice skating or swimming allowed.
10. No cast nets, trout lines or jug fishing allowed.
11. All trapping (turtle, musk rat, frog) is allowed per O.D.N.R. rules and regulations. You must get Board of Directors approval prior to any trapping.
12. Waterfowl hunting is allowed per O.D.N.R. rules and regulations. More than 1 member must be on sight if using a kayak, canoe or jon boat to aid in the hunting of waterfowl. (Boats must be non-motorized.) There is to be no hunting from boats.
13. The pond is closed to all members during club events. Events that do not endanger members at the pond area, the pond will be available. Members will be notified by social media or at our regular club meeting. If member is unsure if area is open or closed, please contact a board member.
14. Members must clean up any trash and fishing line. (Please be respectful of our wildlife and the outdoors.)
15. Any issues with the pond water, banks, area, etc. please contact the Board of Directors immediately.
16. The A.S.C. is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, stolen property left on the pond area.
17. The A.S.C. is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur while using the clubs pond facility.
18. All members should have their current badge and/or membership card with them and be willing to present them on request when asked. Any non-members caught will be asked to leave immediately.
19. Any misuse, littering, vandalism, or violation of these rules will lead to expulsion from the club, at the discretion of the Board of Directors! (In accordance with Article XII of the A.S.C. by-laws.)
